To Issue Electronic Files

Once a transmittal has been committed, you can issue electronic files.

Follow these steps to issue electronic files, in AssetWise CONNECT Edition Asset Lifecycle Information Management.

  1. Open the transmittal for which you want to issue electronic files.
  2. From the Settings menu, select Issue Electronic Files.

    The Issue Electronic Files dialog appears.

  3. Click Yes. The files are sent to the recipients associated with that transmittal.
You can view the status of your tasks, from the Pending Tasks list.
